Different ways to make a banana frappe


Today I'm going to show you three different ways  how to make a banana frappe.
For the first recipe you will need a banana or two if you're making it for more people, milk and of course a hand blender or a blender. When I'm making frappe for two people I put around 400ml of milk and two bananas. The amount of milk depends do you like to drink more thicker frappe or the one with more milk. You can also add honey.

Danas ću vam pokazati tri različita načina kako napraviti frape od banane.
Za prvi način vam treba banana ili dvije ako radite za više osoba, mlijeko i naravno štapni mikser ili blender. Kad radim frape za dvije osobe stavim oko 400ml mlijeka i dvije banane. Količina mlijeka ovisi o tome volite li piti gušći frape ili onaj u kojem se više osjeća mlijeko. Također možete dodati i med. 


These are the ingredients you will need for the second way and they are milk, bananas and double cream. When I make frappe from these ingredients for two people, I also put about the same amount of milk like in the first one, add two banans and about 50ml of double cream. I love drinking this frappe while I'm watching a movie or series and that is mostly in the evening.

Ovo su sastojci koje ćete trebati za drugi način, a to su mlijeko, banane i vrhnje za šlag. Kada radim ovaj frape za dvije osobe također stavim otprilike istu količinu mlijeka kao i u prvom, dodam dvije banane i oko 50ml vrhnja za šlag. Obožavam piti ovaj frape dok gledam neki film ili seriju, a to je većinom navečer.



You can put less milk if you want to. On the photo above you can see the amount of frappe you get from about 400ml of milk, two banans and about 50ml of double cream.

Možete staviti i manje mlijeka. Na gornjoj slici možete vidjeti količinu koju dobijete od oko 400ml mlijeka, dvije banane i oko 50ml vrhnja za šlag.


A few days ago I have made myself a fruit salad and I drank a banana frappe with it. I've put 200ml of milk, one banana and honey. If you're going to eat something while drinking it, I would recommend you to put less than 200ml of milk because it is very filling.

Prije nekoliko dana sam si napravila voćnu salatu i uz nju sam pila frape od banane. Stavila sam 200ml mlijeka, jednu bananu i med. Ako ćete jesti nešto uz to, preporučila bih da stavite manje od 200ml mlijeka jer je jako zasitno.

I don't have a photo of third frappe because I've only made it once. For it you will need to put about 50ml of milk in a bowl and heat it in microwave. Then you will need to melt petit biscuits in that milk. Put that mixture in a blender or in a hand blender, add banana and milk and the third frappe is finished. :)

Nemam sliku trećeg frapea jer sam ga radila samo jednom. Za njega ćete trebati staviti oko 50ml mlijeka u posudu i ugrijati ga u mikrovalnoj. Zatim ćete u tom toplom mlijeku otopiti petit kekse. Tu smjesu zatim stavite u blender ili posudu ako koristite štapni mikser, dodajte bananu i mlijeko i treći frape je gotov. :)
