Sunday Fitness Motivation


If you're spending your Sunday doing nothing maybe it's a good idea to find some time for exercising if that's not part of your daily routine yet. Two years ago since I was diagnosed with scoliosis, I do exercises for my back and I also added some other exercises for example ab exercises, but nothing special or hard, something that would be a challenge for my body. I also went for a run sometimes, I'm not counting activities  like cycling or skating.

Ako nedjelju koristite za odmaranje možda je dobra ideja da nađete i malo vremena za vježbanje ako to već nije uključeno u vašu rutinu. Još prije dvije godine otkad mi je dijagnosticirana skolioza radim vježbe za leđa i dodala sam različite vježbe za  npr. trbušne mišiće, ali ništa specijalno i teško, nešto što bi predstavljalo izazov za tijelo. Uz to sam također i ponekad trčala, na stranu ostale aktivnosti kao vožnja biciklom ili rolanje. 

In my April favourites I mentioned Lucy Wyndham-Read. If you still haven't then definitely have a look at her channel. I still do my scoliosis exercises but since the beginning of April instead of thinking what exercises I'm going to combine with them I simply go on her channel and work out with her. In April I did 4 minute HIIT Workout Challenge, in May 100 rep challenge and now during June I do Tone every zone challenge. I also try and walk as much as I can every day and do at least 10000 steps, of course there are days when I walk more and days when I walk less. And I also agree that a walk at any time puts me in a better mood and don't forget that walking is good as prevention of cardiovascular disease .

U favoritima mjeseca travnja spomenula sam Lucy Wyndham-Read. Ako već niste svakako vam preporučam da posjetite njezin kanal. Još uvijek radim svoje vježbe za skoliozu, ali od početka travnja umjesto da razmišljam koje ću još vježbe uz to dodati, jednostavno odem na njen kanal i vježbam s njom. U travnju sam radila 4 minute HIIT Workout Challenge, u svibnju 100 rep challenge i sad tokom lipnja Tone every zone challenge. Uz to pokušavam i svaki dan hodati što je više moguće i prehodati najmanje 10000 koraka, naravno ima dana kada prohodam manje i dana kada prohodam više. I stvarno se slažem da mi šetnja u bilo koje doba poboljša raspoloženje i nemojte zaboraviti da je hodanje dobro kao prevencija za neke bolesti.




Lucy's exercises are really great and I believe you can squeeze them in your day. It's important to do something for yourself and your health and don't say I'm going to do it tomorrow, don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today. Working out should become part of your daily routine because I guarantee you that it makes you feel amazing. Lucyjine vježbe su mi odlične i mislim da ih možete ugurati u svoj raspored. Važno je da radite nešto za sebe i svoje zdravlje i nemojte reći sutra vodite se onom što se može danas ne ostavljaj za sutra. Vježbanje  bi trebalo postati dio vaše rutine i garantiram vam da ćete se nakon toga osjećati puno bolje. Nadam se da vam se svidio ovaj post jer volim pisati o svemu, a pogotovo promovirati nešto dobro kao vježbanje i osjećaj zadovoljstva nakon vježbanja.
