School starts tommorow, so I decided to share with you a few tips which I'm personally using and I hope that they will be useful to you too. Sutra počinje škola i odlučila sam s vama podijeliti par savjeta kojih se ja osobno pridržavam, pa se nadam da će i vama biti od koristi. 1. Get enough sleep Spavajte dovoljno For me it is very important to get enough of sleep, especially when I'm in the school in the morning. Because of that, every day of a school week and on weekends I go to sleep at 11pm. Enough sleep will help you to concentrate easier and you'll have more energy. Furthermore, it is important to get at least 8 hours of sleep. Za mene je jako važno da se naspavam, pogotovo kad sam jutarnja smjena. Zato svaki dan za vrijeme trajanja škole, a i za vikende idem spavati u 23h. Dovoljno sna će vam pomoći da se lakše koncentrirate i imati ćete više energije. Osim toga, iznimno je važno spavati barem 8 sati.
